I am passionate about capturing the beauty and essence of every project I work on. I have over 20 years of experience in the studio to the field, and I am committed to providing the highest quality work on all my projects.
I believe that Video and Film are an art form, and I strive to create images that are not only beautiful but also unique and tell a story. My creative vision allows me to see each project in a different light, resulting in stunning and memorable moving pictures.
My career began in news, working long hours and traveling the world to tell the human story as it unfolded in front of me. Since then, I have worked as a DP on countless reality shows, helped create original programming as a Producer, and has skillfully directed multi-camera competition shows for Food Network, Discovery and A&E as well as shot and directed commercials and corporate spots. I specializes in the details of light and composition to capture beautiful images that tell a story, and have a knack for bringing out the best in on-air talent. I am a strong leader and mentor on set, I like to maintain a joyful, collaborative workplace, using a positive attitude to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Over the years, I learned from amazing show creators such as Martha Stewart, Irene Wong, Art Edwards and Armando Almanza, giving me a well rounded and distinct understanding of television production. I draw inspiration daily from my wife and three children. In my free time, I enjoy sailing, building docks, landscaping and spending time with my children in the great outdoors. I am dedicated to providing my clients with exceptional service and top-notch images. I understand that every client has unique needs and preferences, and I work closely with you from preproduction to post to ensure that I meet and exceed your expectations.
